He Zhang received his Ph.D. degree in highway and railway engineering from Chang’an University, Xi’an, China, in 2019. He joined Fuzhou University in 2019. Between 2011 and 2105, he was with CCCC First Highway Consultant Co., LTD, where he was responsible mainly for highway alignment and interchange design. To date, he has designed more than 300 km of highways and completed interchange designs for more than 20.
